1.      What are your delivery times?  

If the item is in stock and the order is received before 3pm we aim to despatch the same day (Mon to Fri), if not possible, we will contact you. The website advises you of stock availability for your convenience. See our Terms and Conditions page for more info

2.      Do you deliver to my country?
Yes we do deliver worldwide; if we do not ship to your country then you will be advised when registering.

3.      Can I return any merchandise if for any reasons it did not meet my expectations?  

Yes, according to law, you can do it within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that the product has not been used or damaged. Delivery cost in that case will be at your charge.

4.      When making an order, do I need to give my e-mail address and telephone number?  

Yes, it is important for us to be able to contact our Clients promptly in case of a delay in delivery or changes in the store supply which can impact the availability of some products (some items may be out of stock).
