Processing of orders

1. In order to purchase merchandise in our online store, you have to accept terms and conditions of the Terms of Use and Conditions of Sales and place an order. 
2. Placement of orders is done electronically by filling out a form available on our website www.go-dog.pl upon a prior online registration of a new user. 
3. GoDog takes orders 24 hours a day, every day throughout the year. Orders placed Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day following the date of the order.
4. Order processing time – please allow up to two working days for the handling of orders plus the time for the shipment and delivery.
5. In case of single items of some exclusive brands in stock, processing of orders may take up to 14 days, of which you will be promptly informed. Should this occur, you may cancel the order and we will immediately refund any charges (in case of pre-payment) to the indicated bank account.
6. If a product(s) being a part of the order becomes unavailable, we will notify you about the status of your order, so you will be able to make a decision on how you want the order to be processed (partial processing, delayed delivery, cancellation of the whole order).
7. Order processing time also depends on payment option you choose. If you choose payment upon delivery option, your order will process immediately and enter the shipping process within minutes; if you make a pre-payment to the GoDog account, your order will go into processing at the moment the amount due is deposited into our account. If you choose to pay with a credit card, we will start processing your order upon receiving your bank authorization of the payment.  
8. Quantity of sales promotion items and sales items is limited. Orders for special sale items will be processed in the order they are received and confirmed by a payment.
9. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact customer service.
10. You can change or cancel your order prior to shipment.  If an order has entered the shipping process, it is non-cancelable. If you have questions about changing or cancelling your order, please call us at (+48) 784 997 654, or (+48) 784 997 652.
11. We reserve the right to verify a placed order or refuse to process it in the event a Client has before declined to accept the shipment, his payments have been past due or if the authenticity of the order raises reasonable doubt.

1. The store reserves the right to cancel processing of your order in case it encounters difficulties in www.go-dog.pl  website service (ex. typographical errors, inaccuracies or  omissions regarding pricing, availability or product descriptions)
2. The store reserves the right to introduce changes to the offer - regarding item availability and pricing, right to initiate and cancel promotional sales, sales and  rules regarding discounts.
3. Terms of Use and Conditions of Sales define the rules of sales in GoDog on-line store. By placing an order, you automatically agree to all provisions and regulations under the Terms of Use and Conditions of Sales
4. Content of www.go-dog.pl Site is protected by copyright pursuant to the provisions of Act on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 1994.
5. Trademarks, names, logos or photographic materials presented on the Site are the sole property of their owners and were used for marketing purposes only.
6. These Terms of Use and Conditions of Sales come into effect as of January 1, 2011.
7. GoDog reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use and Conditions of Sales at any time without prior notice to you. Any changes or modifications of the Terms of Use and Conditions of Sales come into effect from the date of their posting on www.go-dog.pl site.
8. In all matters not covered by these Terms of Use and Conditions of Sales, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
